2. Service Solutions

We provide tailored advisory and strategy services for individual enterprises and startups. Fees for service solutions must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Dates and times are subject to availability.

Cancellation and transfer: You may request a change of date at least 7 days before the scheduled session. A requested change received less than 7 days prior may incur additional fees. If you cancel more than 7 days before the session, you may choose to receive a credit toward another session or a full reimbursement of payments. If cancellation is within 7 days, no credit or reimbursement will be issued due to reserved resources and staffing commitments.

3. Digital Learning Material

Digital products include downloadable guides, templates, and online lessons. Access is granted immediately after payment.

Withdrawal rights: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a reimbursement if you have not downloaded or streamed any content. Once any material has been accessed, all sales are final, and no reimbursement will be provided.

4. Physical Merchandise

Physical items must be inspected upon receipt. If you wish to send merchandise back, notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Refund conditions: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You are responsible for shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt at our facility. You may choose a reimbursement or a credit voucher for future use.

5. Comprehensive Reimbursement Policy

All reimbursement requests must be submitted via our get in touch channel. Eligible reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method or, if unavailable, as a credit voucher. Processing time is up to 10 business days after approval. We reserve the right to deny requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.

6. Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our site with a new effective date. Continued use of services or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
